How do I remove wrinkles from my backdrop?
Because our fabric is high-grade microfiber, most wrinkles will fall out naturally when hung. For stubborn creases, you can use a steam iron on a low temperature or toss the backdrop in a dryer on a gentle cycle with a damp cloth.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days, while expedited shipping options can deliver within 3-5 business days. Please note that custom-sized backdrops may require an additional 2 days for production.
Do you offer custom sizes or personalized designs?
Yes, we specialize in customization. You can upload your own high-resolution image or request specific dimensions through our Custom Backdrop page to create a unique look for your studio or event.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-printed backdrops are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Can the backdrops be used outdoors?
Our backdrops can be used outdoors, but we recommend securing them properly to a stand to prevent wind issues. They are durable enough for outdoor shoots but should be stored indoors to prevent long-term sun fading.
