If your backdrop doesn't perfectly capture your vision, our team is here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the backdrop and place it back in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains clean and wrinkle-free during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
